At Feisty Media we are working hard to create an empowering culture for active women. 

We live in a culture that is deeply broken when it comes to women’s health and sports. The fitness industry has long advertised the idea that there is something wrong with us, that our bodies need to change into whatever the acceptable beauty standards of the day are. This same industry stands ready to sell us all kinds of “solutions” to our weight-loss, fitness, and beauty “problems.”

Only 6% of exercise science studies (2014-2020) were done exclusively on women. Loosely translated this means: we still barely know anything about how to get the best out of our bodies.

Girls are still dropping out of sport at twice the rate of boys. Salaries for male pro athletes keep going up and up while elite women are barely making rent. 

We're done with all of it. We're ready to cut through the crap and find the information that women need to reach their goals and would love for you to share your thoughts, insights, experience and expertise. 

For some of us performance is about podiums. For some of us, it's about being able to enjoy the things we love. For all of us, it's about getting the best from our bodies.

Please join our Feisty founder and CEO Sara Gross for a conversation encompassing some or all of the four pillars of performance: Physiology, Nutrition, Mental Health and Culture. We believe that these factors are inseparable if we are going to create meaningful change for active women.
